For those who actually notice crap like this, I redesigned my blog a bit and added some news sections. I also think it's easier to subscribe by email now than before. I'm starting to enjoy this...
Today we begin decorating for Christmas, and I've promised myself I'm jumping in with both feet this year (and from now on). It should be a beautiful day in the Old Dominion. I'm looking forward to the quality time with Elaine. That's all for now.
Page looks great. Just signed up to follow today and read all 28 entries (a few for the second time) I have been following on fb and glad to see your spirits improving. Thanks for sharing your experience with us.
ReplyDeleteI have always believed that the negative experiences we encounter in life builds our character.
Anyone can glide through the good times. The story in your blog is an experience that everyone can learn something from, outside of the cancer experience and I thank you for that.
From the beginning I was with you on the realism, I am definitely a realist. I have the ultimate optimism in the things are in my direct control…anything outside that, not so much. I think the “think positive” attitude in many cases helps not only the person directly effected, but those that are directly around you and supporting you. They draw their optimism from you, which in turn helps them through a situation that they have even less control than you do.
Again thanks for sharing with us and keep up the fight…and the blog. Be safe and have fun decorating the house for Christmas, don’t go overboard “Clark” If there is anything I can do or send you from Texas….other than a stuttering presidential hopeful, just let me know.
Take care…G
